The Firm was founded by Jeffrey A. Asher, Esq.
Mr. Asher concentrates primarily in the areas of Wills, Probate,
Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, and Trust and Estate Planning. Mr. Asher's impeccable
reputation for honesty, compassion, and diligence has earned him
the trust and respect of the ever-growing number of attorneys,
financial advisors and accounting professionals, who consult with
him regularly.
After graduating from Clark University in
Worcester, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a
concentration in business administration, Mr. Asher earned his
Juris Doctor from Touro Law School in Huntington, New York. At
Touro Law School, Mr. Asher received the Outstanding Service to
Community Award.
Mr. Asher is a member of the National Network
of Estate Planning Attorneys, which is an elite association of
almost 1,000 attorneys, nationwide, that have dedicated their
professional careers to planning for their clients in the most
client-focused, efficient and cost effective way possible. Mr.
Asher is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of New York
City, the Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar
Association. Mr. Asher also serves on various Divisional
Committees of the Jewish Board of Family and Children Services,
one of the nation’s largest and most respected nonprofit mental
health and social service agencies.
